P@SHA introduces a chance for young professionals in the IT industry to learn and communicate with some of the best minds in the business. Aimed at young industry professionals looking for guidance, from career counseling to business advice. P@SHA's Mentors are seasoned professionals in their fields and have graciously agreed to work in association with P@SHA to share their experiences and help young professionals in a number of ways. Mentors are perfectly suited to help employees work through decisions and to explore issues that are an integral part of the workplace. The aim of this endeavor is to establish, through mentoring, continuous professional development in a person’s work cycle.
A pioneering mentoring program, P@SHA’s Mentor Net explores encourages individuals to grow and explore their potential by providing them opportunities to be mentored by leaders in their respective fields. Successful business leaders will volunteer their time to share their knowledge and experience with others in the same field, and by approaching these experts individuals will be able to develop their technical skills, knowledge, understanding and confidence to drive towards their goals in the exciting fields of Software Development, IT/Technical Consultant, Design/ Web Development, BPO/Call Centers, Networks.
