Director Brand and Global Outreach is a leadership role for a dynamic and experienced professional responsible for leading the industry’s global outreach efforts and managing its brand. You will oversee all marketing and communications initiatives, including global branding, global collaborations, digital marketing, event marketing, public relations, and content marketing. You will work closely with the executive team of the Pakistan IT Industry Association (P@SHA) to develop and execute marketing plans that support the organization’s goals and objectives.

- Develop and execute a branding and global outreach strategy that includes branding, partnerships, digital marketing, event marketing, public relations, and content marketing.
- Create and manage marketing budgets and allocate resources appropriately.
- Develop and maintain the Pakistan IT Industry’s brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Oversee the development of marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, white papers, and other collateral.
- Manage the industry’s website and social media channels, ensuring they are up-to-date and engaging.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and manage the industry’s email database.
- Plan and execute events, including trade shows, webinars, and other events, to promote the industry and its members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets and industry influencers.
- Lead the industry’s global outreach efforts, including expanding its footprint in key international markets and attracting foreign investment.
- Work closely with the executive team to develop marketing plans that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Work with Head of Events and Head of Media and Communications as a leader and drive the two teams together.
- Hire, manage, and mentor a team of marketing professionals as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the technology industry or a related field is preferred.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully managing a team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communications strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of global markets and experience in expanding into international markets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Reports to: SG (Secretary General)
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
