Responsibilities
- Support internal tasks related to learning and development initiatives.
- Assist in report writing, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Contribute to skills events by coordinating logistics, participant communication, and materials preparation.
- Collect and clean data to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Communicate with members, providing relevant information and addressing inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including sending invitations, reminders, and minute-taking.
- Make calls and send reminders to ensure timely participation in scheduled activities.
- Act as a stakeholder coordinator, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal and external parties.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training coordination, project management, research, report writing or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Previous experience in learning and development or related roles is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
