To address the growing demand and supply gap in the digital skills market, P@SHA is enabling and empowering the industry with subsidies training opportunities. P@SHA is aware about the shortage of skilled workforce experience by the industry. In its efforts to expand the growth, P@SHA Skill Development and Training Committee has partnered with shortlisted training providing companies to offer training tracks on priority skill areas. These trainings are offered to P@SHA member companies and their employees on discounted rates.
To promote the IT sector in Pakistan, the P@SHA Skill Development and Training Committee is delighted to announce the inauguration of the P@SHA Skill Development Program. Similar to the recent training initiatives by the SD&T Committee, this program intends to provide technical training and certification to its member companies at highly subsidized rates, with the understanding that this program will be contributing towards the professional development and networking-mission of the Association as a whole.
Before launching this program, the SD&T committee conducted a survey within the IT industry to analyze the IT industry’s training requirements. The results provided an insight related to the prevailing technical expertise which is required by the IT sector of Pakistan. The top technologies which were identified by the IT companies to get their resources trained within the next one year are below:
