First introduced in 2008, this flagship initiative was designed to support HR and leadership teams within Pakistan’s IT sector by providing reliable and industry-relevant compensation insights.
The 2024–25 edition marks the tenth Salary Survey conducted by P@SHA and serves as a comprehensive reference for the IT and ITeS industry. The report enables organizations to benchmark salaries, support performance reviews and annual increment planning, and gain deeper insights into employee attrition trends. It presents detailed analysis covering compensation structures, benefits, and increment patterns of professionals across Pakistan’s IT industry.
After comprehensive data validation and quality assurance, the latest edition presents insights drawn from 174 companies, covering 10,126 employees across 92 job roles and 470 distinct job levels in both technical and non-technical capacities.
