- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies aimed at increasing industry engagement and partnerships.
- Collaborate with P@SHA members and industry partners to understand common challenges and opportunities, and assist in finding solutions.
- Provide support to P@SHA members by assisting with business development initiatives, collecting and sharing market intelligence, and offering other resources as needed.
- Assist in organizing and participating in industry events, including conferences, workshops, and networking events. Help with event logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
- Contribute to the promotion of P@SHA and the IT & ITeS industry in Pakistan through various channels, including social media, newsletters, and media outreach.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of industry partnerships and engagement activities, ensuring that all relevant information is documented and organized.
- Assist in the development of provincial strategies aimed at expanding the member base and increasing P@SHA’s presence in assigned locations.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential industry partners, trends, and opportunities that can contribute to the organization’s goals.
- Handle administrative tasks related to industry engagement, such as scheduling meetings, maintaining contact lists, and responding to inquiries from members and partners.
- Collaborate with other teams within P@SHA, such as marketing and communications, to ensure a cohesive approach to industry engagement and promotion.
- Assist in any additional tasks or projects as needed to achieve departmental goals.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Business Administration, Marketing or Public administration.
- At least 3-5 years of the relevant experience
- Cross-sectoral relationship building and management with stakeholders
- Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing and/or Communications
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Pro-active with a self-starting work approach
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
- Must be adaptable to changes and able to work under pressure
Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
