This document contains findings of the P@SHA Salary Survey 2008.We would like to thank respondent organizations that participated in this survey.
Under the terms of reference for this particular assignment, the survey
included a total number of 21 companies. Out of these companies, 7 organizations were from the software outsourcing companies space and 14 organizations from amongst software product development companies. These companies from Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and one other city (the other city name deliberately not disclosed due to identity confidentiality reason)voluntarily took part in the survey.
