P@SHA and HBL forged a path to tech excellence at the Pak Canada Tech Forum, held at the Consulate General of Pakistan in Toronto during Collision 2024 week — bringing together top business leaders and technologists from Pakistan and Canada for an evening of keynotes and networking.

On June 19, 2024, P@SHA — in collaboration with the Canadian consulate, the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), Tech Destination Pakistan, and the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) — hosted the Pak Canada Tech Forum at the Consulate General of Pakistan, Toronto, timed alongside Collision 2024, North America’s fastest-growing tech conference (running June 17–20 at the Enercare and Beanfield Centres).

The evening brought together top business leaders and technologists from Pakistan and Canada for insightful keynote addresses and robust networking sessions. P@SHA Chairman Muhammad Zohaib Khan and Brand Chair Jamil Goheer represented P@SHA, joined by Mr. Khalil Bajwa, Consul General of Pakistan in Toronto, and Altamash Janjua, Head of Trade and Investment at the Consulate General of Pakistan Toronto. Mr. Shah Jahan shared valuable insights from the Pakistani diaspora in Canada, helping foster stronger ties and explore mutual growth opportunities between the two countries’ IT sectors.

A highlight of the evening was a keynote from Abrar Mir, Chief Digital, Innovation & Financial Inclusion Officer, who spoke on where innovation meets finance — igniting a transformative dialogue on reshaping Pakistan’s tech finance landscape.
