Recently held in Lagos, Nigeria, the Business Day Fintech Summit, this year, discussed disruptive innovation in the FinTech industry, the event attracted top decision-makers and stakeholders from the banking, government, and IT industries. The summit highlighted the challenges faced by the FinTech industry and enabled talks about innovative solutions to these issues.

The event provides a platform for all stakeholders to share knowledge, discuss key issues, and collaborate towards the improvement of the financial ecosystem in Nigeria.

Mr. Zeeshan Mazhar, Territory Head Africa – Avanza Solutions, along with Mr. Mako Alabi, CEO – SmartKomms, discussed smarter customer engagement avenues to maximize the reach, provide superior service, and deliver better and lasting experiences.
