Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to drive delegate and sponsorship sales for P@SHA events and international delegations. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing sponsorship and delegate participation deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential sponsors and delegates through research and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospects and existing sponsors.
- Pitch event and delegation opportunities to corporate clients and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Assist in preparing sponsorship proposals and customized packages.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of sponsors and delegates.
- Represent P@SHA at events and meetings as needed.
- Manage and support social media outreach efforts related to sponsorship and delegate engagement, including assisting with relevant content postings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or sponsorship roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of social media content/postings is a plus.
