P@SHA member company Out2Sol has become a Digital Technology Partner for a key Digital & Smart City Program in Saudi Arabia, contributing to a large-scale urban development initiative aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

The program is associated with KEC’s 6.8 million-square-meter master plan within Madinah’s Haram boundary. Designed as a technology-integrated urban development, the project brings together digital infrastructure, connectivity, and smart mobility as part of its broader vision.

The development includes digital and physical integration with the Haramain High-Speed Railway station, advanced Information and Communication Technology (ICT) service frameworks, and smart mobility solutions across districts including Madinah Gate and Multaqa Al Madinah.

Out2Sol’s participation marks an international milestone for the company and reflects the growing role of technology partners in large-scale urban development. The program involves collaboration among specialized operators and institutional partners to support its digitally enabled mixed-use, retail, and hospitality developments.

The partnership highlights the opportunities for Pakistani technology companies to contribute to international projects and expand their presence in global markets.
