Elections 2026

P@SHA’s Elections of the Central Executive Committee and the Office Bearers for the term 2026–2028 will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2026, in accordance with the Trade Organizations Act 2013 and the Trade Organizations Rules 2013.

The elections will be conducted as outlined in the Election Schedule and supervised by the Election Commission.

Eligibility to Vote

Eligibility is determined under Rule 15 of the Trade Organizations Rules 2013 and Section 10 of the Trade Organizations Act 2013, read with the DGTO Notification dated March 30, 2026, which extended the membership renewal deadline for FY2026-27 to April 20, 2026, for election-eligibility purposes. In addition, every eligible member must have:

  • fulfilled the conditions of membership and renewal;
  • submitted the completed specimen signature card along with a photograph; and
  • registered its authorized representative (proprietor, partner, or director of the member company, or a representative not below the rank of General Manager in case of public limited companies or multinational companies) with the Secretary General.

Only representatives whose names appear on the Final Voter List may cast a vote. Voting is in-person by secret ballot; postal and proxy voting are not permitted. Voters must bring their original CNIC on election day.
